The Czech and international background of Emma and Jordan (France and Israel) is key to many musical influences in their work. They work and perform both independently and together, inspired by a vast range of styles; soul, R&B, indie rock, hip hop, 80s pop, and good old disco. Their hits include duets “By Now”, “No Fire”, “Love Is Blind”, and “Lost And Found” (over 4 million views on YouTube). The duo has performed at major Czech and Slovak festivals, including Colours Of Ostrava (2024), Grape (2023), and the Karlovy Vary Film Festival (2024, 2023). As fashion icons, they regularly make headlines in Czech lifestyle magazines. Their biggest concert was at Forum Karlín Prague (2023) with an audience of 3000 people. Emma and Jordan are parents of two small daughters (8 years and 4 years).
Jordan
The Israeli-Czech artist Jordan Haj is a significant pop star and media personality in the Czech Republic. His biggest hits include “The End Of The World”, “A Perfect President”, and “Savage”. His music videos have reached over 5 million views on YouTube and have been praised by both his fans and music critics.
Jordan studied acting at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague and has since appeared in dozens of films and television series. In 2024, he played the lead role in the Czech film “State of Emergency” and also starred in Robert Eggers’ Hollywood blockbuster “Nosferatu”.
He has performed at major Czech and Slovak festivals for tens of thousands of people, including Colours Of Ostrava (2024), Grape (2023), and the Karlovy Vary Film Festival (2024, 2023). His biggest club concert was alongside Emma Smetana at Forum Karlín Prague (2023) with 3000 spectators.
Jordan also performs as a rapper (under the pseudonym “ProGram”) in the popular hip hop group Kapitan Demo and was the frontman of the critically acclaimed indie-rock band Peter Pan Complex. In 2023, he also participated in the Czech version of the main television show “Your Face Sounds Familiar”.
In recent years, Jordan has directed over 40 music videos for Czech and Slovak artists, including his own, and is currently working on the script for a feature film that he will direct with his long-time collaborator Givinara Krizem. Since 2023, Jordan has been a Brand Ambassador for YSL Beauty and Aperol Spritz.
He speaks fluent English, Hebrew, and Czech.

The Franco-Czech artist and journalist/TV presenter Emma Smetana has been a significant figure in pop culture and media since 2012, when she began her professional career as a news presenter in prime time on the main Czech private television (TV Nova).
Her international background is key to many musical influences in her work: soul, R&B, indie rock, hip hop, electronic music, 80s pop, and good old disco. Her hits include purely dance tracks like “Chase It” and “Night Races” as well as ballads “This One Second” and “Dream On”. Her duets with Jordan Haj, her life partner, include “By Now”, “No Fire”, “Love Is Blind”, and “Lost And Found” (over 7 million views on YouTube).
After completing her studies in Paris (Sciences Po Paris) and Berlin (FU Berlin), Emma’s priority has been her passion for media, music, and acting. She has appeared in over 20 film and television projects, collaborating with directors including Oscar winner Jiří Menzel and Oscar nominee Agnieszka Holland. With her solo music, she has toured extensively and is also known for her work as a news presenter (TV Nova) and interviewer (DVTV).
